I don't think the 3 improves our chances of getting him to fold.
But, there may be some value from overcards+FD type hands.
If he's not likely to bluff the river (given the stats so far, this seems reasonable), I bet here intending to check behind on the river. I think there's enough draws in his range that we can get value from now and we can fold to a river bet.
