Do I generally just get it in here, or just flat? Villain has been relatively nitty, 13/9 and not particularly aggressive.

3betting/shoving flop can't be that bad since you have at least 9 outs plus backdoor straight+perhaps extra outs because of overs and some F.E.

But since villain is not very agressive he's probably not on a draw or has a 1pair hand. So his range is weighted towards 2pair, straight and sets. If this is the case we have no fold equity and not very good equity for a shove. Perhaps calling the 3bet and re-evaluate the turn might be the best line. If we were oop I would ship this all day though.

I can't fold this shoving all day and praying he just has 1 pair though a set or str8 is more likely

True, I think I misplayed my hand since his OOP calling range pre-flop is pretty small, and his check-raise reinforces it, but I kinda fell in love with the fact that I had 2 overs + NFD and I was being optimistic as to what he could hold. Should've known better..

A better line would probably be flat flop raise/fold to decent sized turn bet or check behind if he for some reason decides to check (which I doubt would happen). Anything wrong with this?

Or if he was more aggressive with a wider range of hands here (like if Jxdd, JT, some other 1 pair + draw or combo draw type hand) shipping would be way more correct. Given his image/actions I doubt I'm ever even flipping here. Just overplayed b/c I'm used to tourneys where the the villain has top pair or pocket 9s here all day, loll.

Yea I think 1 pair is wishful thinking kinda, maaaybe QQ is in his range, I'm not sure how he'd play it, but his aggression/3-betting was pretty low.
