Villain is 38/6/0.8. I figuere him to have a decent hand for calling the flop since his fold to cbet % was about 75%. I think he is definately capable of checking an ace to me on the turn, given his low aggression. When he leads the river this strong, we know he has at least an ace. The question now is, do we call or raise and call a shove? I don't know if this guy shoves with a single ace, but raise/folding is just gross.

A3/A4/A5/33-55 (27 combos) v A6-AJ (48 combos)

There's a small chance he doesn't play A6-AJ this way, or only bets this big with the nuts on the river, or he finds the fold button. I'd say shove if you don't mind variance too much, call if you think it'll tilt you. I think it'd be marginally +EV to shove.

dont think he's passive enough to check 33/44/A3/A4 to us here twice.

If he's really that passive, though, he also wont push over our raise here much, and we're ahead here way too often to just flat it. I raise it up 20 and expect many calls from worse hands. If he really ships it in, it's really gross cause he PROBABLY wouldn't do it with just trips. Folding might be in our best interest then, especially since a 2 in his hand is not very likely.

Raise for sure. Call him if he shoves.

Why do you have 22, 55 in here? Those low aces are no good too.

Don't have 22 in there, 55 is in his range. What's not good about the low aces, the fact they make a full house or that you don't think it's possible he's holding them? Villain playing 38/6 BvB, all aces are in his range.

Whoops about 22.

OP said he's a huge nit on the flop. I'm not saying that he can't play those aces (low, non-FH ones), just that he probably doesn't have them after the flop. And 55 unlikely enough not to worry about.
