the 4bet all in is spew. only better hands or flips are calling. its unlikely TT and lower will call here. now all you can hope for is AK or AQ.

since your oop, i'd call and cbet flop. you'll have a better time finding out where you're at based on board texture, and reads on how he plays. from the looks of it, you're probably behind.

some people will say fold to his 3bet, but that depends on youre read and what type of hands he'd do this with.

No reads other than assumed regular.
So is it a fold after the 3bet?
Let's say I call the 3 bet and the flop comes 3 rainbow unders. I cbet 3/4 and he calls am i now definetly behind?

good question. if he calls, you are probably behind given his stats. does he fold to cbets often? does he float?

if he calls, you can check fold on the turn safely. i think a player like this will be holding QQ+ if he calls on a low board. I wouldn't expect him to go on in the hand with AQ, AK - but this is very dependent on the player.

Since you original raise may be perceived as a steal as its BvB, the BB probably reraises somewhat light. Since your hand is underrepresented at this point, I think it's too early to dump the hand. 4betting sucks, since you are crushed by his calling range. Therefore calling is best. Then I would c/c the flop if the flop brings one overcard and c/f if it brings two. If the flop brings undercards I b/f and c/f the turn if called.
