Villian is running 81/23 over 30 hands. My small iso raise gets min raised and I call. Flop top pair and he fires a PSB and I?

depends on 3bet% for me. if its low I honestly see this as AA/KK only, he's like "lol tarp limp minraise".

on the other hand if he's one of those who minraises almost every hand they play (played a table with a 90/30 guy with a 3bet of 25% a few days ago) I think you can atleast call the flop and re-evaluate on turn mostly dependant on if he fires huge again.

I don't recall his 3bet %, I think it was low to be honest.

Against this type of player, you're really making a decision whether you're going to gamble with a marginal hand. The reason is that he's going to put all kinds of pressure on you. You're going to have to put in about +40% of your stack before he slows down with air.

If you like gambling, then keep calling. Otherwise, fold hands like KJ, which too often make the 2nd best hand.
