$50 NL AQs flush draw

Hey guys
I'm new to cash.
Villain stats: Vpip Preflop 23 raiser 18 Agg Factor 5, also which other stats should I have on my HUD?
My thoughts:
Preflop: I think its a button tseal so I three bet with AQs.
Flop: I bet and get raised small, I feel at worst I have 12outs so shove?
What are your thoughts on this? Cheers.
