I feel like I'm so behind here. Every draw hit, but I'm getting 2.85-to-1 (28%) to call. Is this an appropriate spot to put out a blocker bet? Somewhere in the ballpark of $1.20 and obviously fold to jam?

As played, I think I can still call here. I could be ahead of 28% of his range, but I might be being optimistic. Villain's cold calling range is pretty narrow, which narrow down his combos.

I don't think Villain is ever bluffing here. His range is KQs [Royal Flush alert! ] (4), 98ss (1), JTs (1), AJs (3), AA (3), JJ (3), 88 (3), 55 (3). I'm beating 9 of 21 (~43%) combos in his range, which makes the call seem trivial. What do you guys think? Maybe his range is much tighter?

My vote is for the blocker bet here. Way easier to b/f. AP I do not hate a fold, only beating a bluff w/ the 9x draw.

About how large should I make the blocker and why? And should I be worried about micro players to bluff raise?

Man this is tough. Do you have a read on how they have played so far, tight, loose? If you don't have a read yet then I say just call. If you think their a tight player then I totally go for the blocker bet...why, cause I wouldn't put it past a tough shark to bluff a made flush on the river if they think you're a tight player and might give up knowing the possible outs. Either way, call or blocker bet, you get to know what kind of player they are.

Third pot should be fine, and yea I'm sure people will be bluff raising at some rate. Thus why I make sure to make similar bets with hands I can call the shove with.

I'd like to add, why the check on the river? This is my personal belief...if you show strength leading into a possible flush draw then you should start out with confidence even if it hits. Instead of checking maybe place the same value on your hand as the turn and bet .85. It'll make a bluff on the river that much harder to pull off. And if they follow that up with AI, then you pretty much know what they got, which most players do because they feel you are pot committed, but then show discipline and fold.

I like a small blocker bet here too.

I'd consider adding hands like 99 or the non flush combos of 98s to those he might turn into a bluff but even against the range you give we have easily enough equity. Of course if he doesn't go for thin value with 2pair it's different... If we take out the two pair combos and 55 (which would fold flop often) and add in some 9x bluffs then I guess it's a bit closer. And if we add in some offsuit KQ then I guess it becomes a close fold.

I call and not feeling too bad about it. AJ plays it pretty much exactly like this. AT is reasonable to.
