5/10 PLO 400 BB Deep Decision 5/10 PLO 400 BB Deep Decision

So we're 3 handed and playing 5/10 PLO. I have 4k and Villain covers.

Villain is a bit spewy, aggro, and likes to float in wierd spots. He does not V-bet very thin, but is pretty solid overall. He has yet to bluff me really big, but has bluffed in smaller pots. In the past 30 minutes he took about 3k from me due to me calling his v-bets, and a failed bluff.

Villain raises BTN to 30, SB (5k behind, insignificant in the hand) calls, and I call with Tc Qc Ks 6c. I don't really care much whether this call is awful or bad or w/e, I thought the six was a spade, but it doesn't really matter.

Flop comes 9c Js 3c

SB Checks,
I check,
Villain bets 75
SB folds,
Hero raises to 260,
Villain tanks 30 seconds and calls.

Turn - 7c

Hero: Checks, (since he likes to float and is pretty aggro I decided to go w/ a more passive line here, while also controlling the pot a bit)
Villain: instapots,
Hero: ?????

What's the play, and whats the river plan?

Villain has never potted it so quickly, and he usually bets quickly with big hands, but never pot.
