Villain was x_Megatron_x, his stats were sth like 18/16/3, but I´m not sure that they´re accurate. We´re playing HU on another table, but not for too long.
I´m sure he can pull the trigger, but it´s not quite the best spot for him to bluff here, and his raisesize is a bit....uh, scary.

I mean, anbody even consider folding?

I doubt he's trying to get you off any hand that you rep with your line, esp by the size of the river bet. I fooold

Also, no smaller flushes make sense so he's not valueraising worse ever

this should be a gutshot float that picked up a higher flush or a pair that he turned into a bluff.

the question is how often hes doing the second thing

I could see 88 or even AK enough. But damn its a tight spot.

I think villain's line is completely consistent with Adxd.
That's why I fold.

is everyone okay with our river bet size? What part of villains range is calling us here?

Good point. I think I like a smaller bet better so villain can't get away from Ax which should be the majority of his range.

if villians stats ARE accurate, he coldcalls preflop only w/ ATs, AJs & AQs, and (depending of heros image and stats, flow, etc of course) he will 3bet a fair amount of those, so this is not really a big part of his range

It doesn't matter much that Axs is not a big part of his pre-flop range. It should be about the only part of his range he is raising for value on the river. I can't think of any other hands that will take his line (for value).
He could be bluffing, of course. If villain is holding the Ad he knows that no matter what hero's hand is he is in a very tough spot.

Based on my experience with villian he is fairly tight but probably would turn his hand into a bluff on the river sometimes. Not often though, and I can't see him raising a worse hand for value on the river anything other than a tiny percentage of the time. Certainly it's a **** spot, but with those odds I don't think I could fold.

Does he have QdJd?

Tough spot, if I knew a lot about my opponent I may be able to find a fold, otherwise I probably call.

It's close though!
