I'm playing 16/11.5/2.7 right now and Villan is a new player to the games and is 19/13/3.4 over 400 hands. This hand is my only real history w/ Villan and it happened 2 day ago...

Hero had 9 7 (three of a kind, Sevens) and WON (+$1,299.00)

Now, onto the hand in question...

Preflop: Hero is dealt A A (6 Players)
Hero raises to $35.00, 2 folds, BTN calls $35.00, SB calls $30.00, BB calls $25.00

Flop: ($140) Q J 2 (4 Players)

I folded here. Maybe I'm just running bad but my thought process was he either has me crushed or a huge draw here so I'm dominated vs. his range. In my opinion he nearly never makes this raise here with a made hand that I beat. Thoughts?

I think a fold here is fine; his line looks pretty strong with both blinds in the pot. I think another option is to call planning to CRAI on a blank turn.

You're crushed here, folding is fine. His stack is such that the rest is probably going in on the turn, so making a decision to call here will leave you with a decision as to whether or not to call off another $700 in 30 seconds. You will be check folding any K/Q/club turn anyway, so save yourself the trouble and fold now.

You're only worried about 22 and QJs. I'd say it's pretty close here.
