Villain is Fishy or LAG (or both) at 37/22 over 41 hands.
No other history/reads.

One thing that scared me was villain's snap-call on my flop bet.
I could easily imagine this guy chasing here.

Bet more on turn, fold if raised. Such small bets are asking to be put in tight spots vs LAGs - though your sample size is tiny
