looks ok, nothing you can do when nobody has anything. more otr though, Kx and maybe even Qx is not folding

I would bet more on the river, they stuck around so assume they have something and make a value bet. You don't have any more streets to go, the point of slowplaying is to trap people into staying and hope they catch some of the board so we have to try and get some value now.

EDIT

I have no problem checking the flop, it's super dry, you have a hand so strong there is almost no danger anyone can catch up and there are other players still to act. If there is ever a place to slow play, this is it. Turn is also reasonable IMO, it saves you having to make a move and giving others a chance to call helps build the pot.
