Curious if this is a fold all day long or what?

UTG+1 is a reg. 19/10/3 over 400 hands 6% EP PFR
CO is 29/0/2 over 20ish hands

I raise the flop cuz I hit my set and don't want the board to get any uglier. Also to get value out of hands like AA,KK,AQ,10's, A10-910, two pair hands like QJ.

Merge - $0.04 NL - Holdem - 9 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

CO: $3.53
BTN: $3.06
SB: $9.26
BB: $2.66
UTG: $4.80
UTG+1: $4.00
MP: $3.31
MP+1: $5.75
Hero (LP): $4.21

SB posts SB $0.02, BB posts BB $0.04

Pre Flop: ($0.06) Hero has 9 9

fold, UTG+1 raises to $0.14, fold, fold, Hero calls $0.14, CO calls $0.14, fold, fold, fold

Flop: ($0.48, 3 players) Q 9 J
UTG+1 bets $0.32, Hero raises to $1.00, CO raises to $3.39 and is all-in, UTG+1 raises to $3.86 and is all-in, Hero ?

With UTG+1 having raised preflop, c-betting, facing two raises and still shoving, I think there's an excellent chance that he has QQ or JJ. You also have to worry about the CO, who could also have QQ or JJ as well as KT.

I'd fold this one. You'll get to see their hands anyway.

Fold, you're beat, save some money and take a read of the showdown hands

Cool, thanks for the replies. Don't know why I couldn't find the fold button in game but CO flipped over K10o and EP flipped over aces.

And it's also a lot easier to fold a set when you know you'll get to see their cards and aren't left with nagging thoughts of should I/shouldn't I for the next 10 minutes

If you knew they had KT/AA pretty sure you should call right? Only problem is usually one has higher set and you're crushed so yeah pretty easy fold.

yep and a boat beats a straight. It does not beat a better boat.

Fold. Either of them could have a better set or a straight. utg just looks too strong.
