no real need to bet often with AK when he has some AQ and AJs/KQs in his range
I'd look to play pretty passively ip on this board with most of my range, would only 3barrel QQ/KK and then the 4bet bluffs that whiffed

Turn is the decision point, river seems like a pretty mandatory jam. Maybe I'm too passive but I'd almost always check AK OTT. Especially since V likely has a much stronger range than he should in theory. Theres not enough 3b/calling going on with middling hands. Maybe its counterbalanced by them rarely slowplaying aces, even though they should in theory sometimes?

I agree that turn is kind of questionable to barrel IP. I haven't studied IP as aggressor spots, and while playing I realized that this should probably be a checkback on turn, but also was remembering that OOP likes to barrel 1 spades in this sort of spot, and will 3 barrel them on flush runs to try to push villain off of non spade showdown hands including AK.

for OOP if turn checks through with this combo, OOP is overbet shoving river 100%, even IP shoves it if river checks.
