Personally, I would've folded or just limped w/ 7 9 off. (maybe I play too tight)

He just min raises, so the odds are there to call. At this point you NEED the K or 8! If you hit either one, Get the money in, right?

and also... the reason you might bet turn isnt cause hes gonna check back and a diamond could come off. I guess youve read klumpskaft's post... read it again.

I was just thinking about the hand from the start and typing as I went. I wasn't trying to so called teach him about pot odds and other $hit like that. Im sure he knows more than I do.
I was just puttin down my thought process as I went along. Weather I'm wrong or not.
I still think his hand is somewhat hidden to where if he makes the check on the turn, The BTN might sense somethings up. A check here makes a str8 or flush much more possible.
If I was the BTN and Klink checks to me on this turn after the action so far. If I dont have a straight or flush, I'm checking behind him.
Even if I have the A
