i have been 3betting villian relentlessly, and he has not been playing back whatsoever. Other than that, there has not been too much postflop action.

400 eff. stacks

Hero Dealt Q10

Villian (sb) raises to 12, Hero calls 8.

Flop (24) AJ3
Hero checks, Villian bets 18, Hero raises to 66, villian raises to 113, Hero?

I check raised with the intention of putting a lot of pressure on future streets. He had been playing pretty tightly and i think he would have been reluctant to hero call me 3 streets With Jx, Ax.
Against most villians this is a standard ship considering the dynamics of the match, but against such a nitty villian that has not really made any plays i didnt think shoving would be profitable. Thoughts?

I flat vs a nit* and if I improve I lead turn.

* = Doesn't 3bet flops like this with Ax even though you rep a draw.

I mean it's a super easy 3bet for him with Ax Kcxc. If you have him beat it's with 33 and A3. But if he is a real nit, you should flat b/c he's not re-popping you light in this spot so your fold equity is very low.

Maybe but I was talking about our check-raise range (Draws,A3,33) vs his range (AA,JJ,AJ,33,AK etc)

My point was that a true nit is probably not going to repop you light even though I think he should. So your fold equity is not very high in this spot.
He might recognize that your range is super polarzied but that doesn't mean that he is going to reraise you with A7.
