Full Tilt Poker $33 + $1.50 Heads Up No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t15/t30 Blinds - 2 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

BTN/SB: t1410 M = 31.33
Hero (BB): t1590 M = 35.33

Pre Flop: (t45) Hero is BB with J T
BTN/SB raises to t90, Hero calls t60

Flop: (t180) 8 4 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN/SB bets t120, Hero calls t120

Turn: (t420) 7 (2 players)

ok first I think villain is steaming a bit, probably a losing player.. So I think his FE decreases and he will probably barrel off alot

this was first time he 3x'ed his button, all other times he has limped. At first I took it for a frustrated raise

turn: just c/shove?

edit: There shouldn't be an 'f' in the title, that is a typo

Check/shove seems good unless he bets really small (in which case I just call).

if he wasnt too aggro earlier he won't become aggro now unless he has a hand,
but still i think that against this type of player (if he 3x for the first time he's proly kinda passive) c/r big is the best option if he calls shove any non club turn

if he were more aggro i would proly lead turn

Depending on Villain, I usually chk raise flop, but if you think he will call very wide, then call seems fine. If this is the first hand he has raised PF, chances are he has a hand (or steaming as you said) so a ck raise turn has a decent chance of getting him all in.

crai turn is fine IMO, I dont like the idea of c/c and another club hitting on river and killing the action.

IMO, a minibet at this point doesn't really make sense as anything but a pot sweetener with a strong made hand or a probe with a marginal made hand. A draw would most likely look to take a free river than risk a c/r here. So we're not really afraid of seeing the next river, and by checking we underrep our hand and get another chance to re-evaluate. In addition, a check/shove against such a mini range would fold out worse hands and get called only by better.

if he min-bets we'd be c/ring and not c/shoving. Let's get value out of those marginal made hands. I would be raise/calling here too, as there are plenty of two pair/pair+draw hands that say **** it let's get it in.

I presume your non-club river plan has to be to lead strong?
