I think its quite close and I probably lead flop. If you had more hands it would be an easier spot.

Depends on who raises and on the raise size. If the raiser is aggro he can have a wide range for raising (all sets, dp, overpairs, worse flush draws, maybe some open ended str9 draws) and we are correct to stackoff. If the raiser is a nit, well I fold : I couldn't chase my draw but by chasing OOP it's difficult to get paid anyway so it's not the end of the world.

I like a 3 bet pre. You are OOP and the BTN has a wide range. The flop is good for you so cbet, the turn improves you so bet it and bet half pot on the river.
