villain is 24/17/1.3 with 3bet ratio 7%. He definitely knows I'm stealing very often (at 43% this session of about 60 hands).

Any idea on how to play 3b/4b pots with pocket pair facing overcards, especially Ace on flop would be very much appreciated.

The flop is dry so he either hits the A and will never fold, or he will fold to a smallish bet like half pot with under pairs. Correct?
