I'm not sure about this: He has a decent amount of two pair in his range but would he shove all of them? He would shove sets and straights for sure. But he also gets to the river with lots of busted draws/gutshots and he might bluff with those.
I decided to fold because he's a fish and so less inclined to bluff. Given the sample size I don't think giving other stats would be useful.

Disagree. Some fish believe that bluffing is the whole point of the game and see them do it regularly when they miss their draws. I feel like this is a busted draw that can't win a showdown so is betting hoping you will fold however you could pick a better spot.

One thing I'm learning at these stakes is to bet KK+ big on the preflop, sometimes QQ or AQs+. I had the habit of betting small in attempts to sucker people in or being afraid every one fold. I've found out doing that cost me more money in the end. I rather have someone fold to my premium cards preflop then to give them great odds against me. +2 BB> -30.BB. Those hands are the hardest to fold, so you have to play them wisely from the start.

Bet slightly bigger OTT and shove the river yourself and it's WP. As played it's a call but his calling range is almost certainly wider than his betting range.
