3 bet theory at 2NL 5NL 6max

I'm recently wrapping my head around 3betting. I am still new to constructing my own ranges, so constructing an entire polarized or linear 3 bet range on my own is a bit daunting. I haven't found up to date sources on the topic either.
Where can I find up to date 3 bet ranges at these stakes as a starting point?
How does 3betting change between 2NL 5NL and 10NL 2 5NL, I expect the lowest stakes to be straightforward and linear?

Hard question that comes down to "it depends" essentially. Your 3 bet ranges shouldn't be static and you should 3 bet polarized or linear depending on the stats you have on each individual AND relative positions between you and him, and what the full action was before you act, etc.
