pre flop is fine, bet more on flop though. i dont think he folds many turns if you shove.

you got yourself into a bad spot with the flop bet size...

you can be pretty sure he has at least a pair and i think trying to make him fold it now is pretty bad, especially given your note. your hand isnt as strong as it seems because at least a few of your outs are always gonna be no good here (if he has AJ, KJ, QJ, JT, etc)

i would check turn and fold to a decent sized bet. maybe he'll be scared with 1 pair and let you see a river. if he makes a really gay turn bet you can call
