We have to be right on the river 25% of the time. I feel like we are because I don't think villain checks back a lot of kings here. What do you think of this hand?

First hand quite marginal, we're blocking some bluffs but to this size call it off maybe.
Second hand again it's a small bet but we have bluff blockers, polarizing bet either 9x or air, Kx maybe. Again I don't think we make a huge mistake either way.

Hand 1 cbet flop on JJ board, dont check/call.
I think if he takes a step he will end at turn or at least river, so i think he has allways like trips here or FH.
With cbetting turn many hands like TT,99,88,77 can call and any A has still Equity,
he only should play like AJ(discounting) i dont call, AJs,KJs and the FH, but he can have FD or the pp i said.
After you called i think its even a fold on at least river, because with this sizes and this line range is so nutheavy at this stakes now.

Hand 2 3-bet pot, 88 and 99 are in their calling ranges, also TT-QQ i think and AK sometimes to.
So if you check and they check to i would think BB if he is not a total fish should have TT,AQs most of the time with coldcalling a 3-bet but he can be a fish.
Co can call much weider here also like 65s+,QTs+,AJ+,22+,KQo,KTs+,QTs+
If he dont bet his K on flop you are so behind against his calling range.
I just gave him only KJs and QJs after flop.
At river you have 40% Equity against all hands but i dont know if he bluff all his missed FD here and i think with this size it looks n0t like a bluff, he will often bluff higher amount.
On flop i think Co has to fold most of his hands, only 12.5% ! have top pair or more and BB if you give him 77-JJ,AQo,AQs,AJs he has to fold over 70% to.
So betting the flop to take it down, if you get a call you are done with the hand.
As played i would think about also check turn, you dont bet for value with not top pair,against the calling ranges you are so behind.

I got 3b and called the 3b. I was not the preflop agressor therefore I can't cbet. I can only donkbet or check call.

Betting and then check folding OOP in a 3b pot with a hand that has a lot of showdown value is really bad. I used to think this was the way to go as well but after making a thread on reddit about a similar spot as hand 2, but instead of check calling I cbet flop.
