Yes im calling the raise. BvB villain will have lots of bluffs (that you dont block any of) on a board this dynamic.

What is more difficult is how we react to turn and river bets on safe runouts.

Of the hands you can beat, villain can raise QJ, 87, any two clubs, a random 3 or a 9, or sometimes even a 10. In BvB, there are loads of combos than can/should raise. Your actual villain might be a lot tighter and more weighted towards value, but you have to call with good top pairs. I don't even fold A3, and would usually continue with any two overcards, to this raise. I'm definitely never folding top pair on the flop in this spot.
