i think flatting in this spot is ok. it keeps the limper in and the pfr's most likely wider than normal range in since he was isolating the limper.

donking flop in this case was probably +ev since pfr has a low cbet stat and with the pot being multiway, he would most likely cbet a tigher range. board is also full of draws and lower pairs that you could get value from. bet at least 3/4 pot in this spot imo. this is assuming utg is somewhat of a loose passive player.

    turn and river seem fine.

I agree with everything except flatting preflop being fine. Raising to .26 gives us a chance to take it down pre where we are missing the flop 2/3 of the time. Puts more money in the pot where we are likely holding the best hand and we can cbet flops to take it down when we miss.

flatting preflop forces us to c/f 2 out of 3 flops, and when we do hit the pot is small making it harder to win villain's entire stack.

yeah i think 3betting is definitely better in this spot considering op is oop. would you consider flatting if op was button?

Why would you want to 3b OOP and call IP? You should always want bigger pots IP then OOP IMO.

As for the hand as played I think your line is fine, I'd bet a bit more OTF (2/3 pot).
