Should I be automatically folding here. I thought about it, didn't put villain on a set, felt KT was just as unlikely. The push was instantaneous, I felt KJ, KQ or QJ might have been trying to get a fold, I was suspicious so I made the call.

I must admit aces didn't enter into my thought process at all here, am I ever ahead here enough to justify the call. I had no reads on villain so ran with my feeling.

Preflop: I prolly raise it to more like .30 here. I would be happy to take this puppy down right here.

As played:

Flop: I think your beat here. You raised preflop, so villian has to put you on two big cards. A king flops, you bet and he comes over the top for his stack? He certainly is not afraid of that king. Sure looks like AA, TT, 88, KK or maybe even KT.

Fold. You have little invested (since stacks are huge), and calling off 150BBs with TPTK is pretty bad here. I don't think KQ or KJ are doing this ever. At the very worst this is AA, more likely KT or a set.

It can sometimes be tough to let go of TPTK on dry boards after your opponent calls your continuation bet and then donks you on the turn, or check/raises you. This guy is making it easier than ever by just shoving the flop. If he had 100BBs, then I might be finding a call, but for 150BBs more this is a fold.

I agree, I didn't feel like he had KT or a set though, and neglecting the aces, I couldn't see what else I was behind.

In hindsight instead of over complicating things, this pot was too big for TPTK.
