Are we cbetting this board all the time OOP SB v BB?

We have a decent amount of value on the river, but if we are shoving all our straight draws we might be getting out of line. Maybe I can be more selective. Shove on the river is a bit less than a pot sized bet.

(BB isn't a full stack, but has 23/17/7 stats over 47 hands)

Its a better board for SB yes, BB should be raising quite a few Qx suited hands and ofc AQo/KQo. You'd really like to have a heart when you jam river but this cant be too bad.

I would barrel this flop and turn.
Not sure about river, it sucks not having a in hand, but probably a third barrel there some of the time.
