Should i fold pre?
Should I have raised somewhere? Wanted to look inconspicuous...

You could fold pre against a 3.5x open, hands that play well MW are good against regs, not fish

Ship the turn. There are tons of cards you dont want to see on the river that would also be action killers for the villian. As played i am calling and expect 0ev long term

For example, you can more easily take the pot without going to showdown(use bluff, range advantage), you can bluffcatch too, use blockers ect
Facing a 3.5x open sizing + one caller, I prefer not to defend QTs anyway, Im behind all of their hands and I m OOP
