I count three.

* bluffing at 2nl
* bluffing without a read
* flop cbet should be slightly larger

TBH is hand is better than the vast majority of 2nl hands that get posted.

i'd fold pre at 2NL you are going to face a lot of postflop hassle with QJo there.
Technically your second barrel is not bad on the ace, but probably not at 2NL and without a read.

I think I would add:

-playing QJo for MP
-bluffing a coordinated board

I do like the double barrel though, EXCEPT I rather do it against a known villain who has demonstrated he has located the fold button.

River fold was solid.

Mistakes:

1. Open is too big with the poster already in. Make it $0.10
2. This is a bad flop to c-bet, you're rarely getting folds
3. Your cbet is too small
4. Firing the second barrel is bad unless you really know this guy, because at 2NL most guys that don't fold flop don't fold turn either. Also, repping the ace isn't going to work because a lot of the time he either has an ace himself (many 2NL villains WILL call your flop bet with A9 and crap) or is drawing and won't fold anyway
5. If you ARE going to fire turn, it's too small

Choosing to play QJo from the hijack isn't a mistake in itself, especially not with a poster's free money in the pot

The proper play is:

Preflop: Hero raises to $0.10 (folding isn't bad either, but too tight IMO)
Flop: Hero checks
Turn (if villain checks): Hero checks
Turn (if villain bets): Hero folds
River (if turn checks through): Hero bets if checked to and folds if bet at
