As soon as you decide to call, I think the question of what you want to do on this flop is clear. To put it in different words:

Which kind of flop would you like to see? Which not?
What's your plan on a good flop? What on a bad flop?

If you raise, you do so for value - raise more. Call his AI, take notes on his timing.

Thinking about it again, he's probably someone who likes action instead of playing poker. (If samplesize is somewhat decent.) If you think he'll let go of his Ahigh Khigh Hands on the turn when he doesn't hit, get it in on the flop. If he's not into letting go and loves to bluff, let him. Still, after a call it's just one potsized bet left. I don't like that.

Why raise? We don't have enough data to determine villians tendencies. We're in position. Timing tells? Ummmmm, no, not that either.

i think call is prob better but dont think it matters if we get it in vs this guy were prob good alot of the time.

raise/folding this flop vs this guy would be pretty bad. Preflop call is very thin though imo.

40% was over ~90 hands and I couldnt see it getting lower. Also, he plays 57% of his hands. maybe I should just fold pre.

I raised to get all in vs Ace high, draws, pairs etc etc

So you raised to induce a spew? I like it, now go ahead and call obv. I like the min raise too, that really seems to tilt these types.
