On a board that smashes both villain's 3 bet calling range i feel this might be slightly overplayed. With an SPR of 2.5 with the shortstack it seems far too weak to fold to his relatively small donk lead and calling doesn't seem too good as a number of cards can make our hand second best on the turn so i decide to raise and can probably GII against shortstack villain? Not great when the second villain shoves over my raise but i don't see what strong hands flat the initial lead on this kind of board?

If second villain raises the donk bet i probably fold but it's an odd line on this texture

Just call otf, You're overplaying them once you raise them imho.
Stacking off w/ KK on this board is a huge spew.

Flop: Were borderline turning our hand into a bluff, if you R this flop you have to GGI (so well done on the shove) but in general ids say this is too dangerous 3 way, & its not a great way to get value from weaker hands.
