Definitely keep calling. In this case, you have 2nd nut flush and str8 draws, so definitely worth playing, but cautiously of course.

When should you keep calling? imo, you should keep calling whenever you think that you can get paid off enough when you hit your draw vs the cost, or if the pot is already of sufficient size that warrants calling a bet.

Calling flop is fine. Calling turn is fine. I think you have pot odds to call. If the bet is raised, then you will have to reevaluate. Eg, if someone shoves for $3 behind you on the turn, then you'll probably have to fold unless you want to gamble it up.

On river, if your draw hits, then you want to get some value out of it as well. Otherwise why call the flop and turn? But be cautious and if someone value bets for you, then possibly consider just calling, esp if you can close the action.

This is explained in many of the FAQ sections. I recommend you look up pot odds, pot equity, implied odds etc - because this will help you use some of the math to guide your decisions on these types of situations.

btw I always post in MP too as 2 cents is not worth waiting even one hand
