Is there any getting away from this? I feel like this hand is too weak and the board too dry not to bet for value on all 3 streets. I didn't have too much of a read on this player - if I knew he was very tight it might have been a different story.

I would fold hand pre-flop, even if the blinds are a bit tight.
But after flopping 2 pair, you really can't miss out on 3 streets of value, so I guess post-flop plays are fine.
(NOTE: Pot numbers are wrong, you cant have 0.03c in the pot on the flop)
