2NL 66 - good line? 2NL 66 - good line?

Don't have much on the villain, he was playing 14/14/0.5 through 14 hands.

Poker Stars $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

UTG: $3.56
CO: $6.22
BTN: $4.44
SB: $9.22
Hero (BB): $3.26

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is BB with 6 6
1 fold, CO raises to $0.06, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.04

Flop: ($0.13) 6 T 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.04, CO raises to $0.16, Hero raises to $0.28, CO calls $0.12

Should I have raised more here? I got scared when he raised here. JJ+ is possible based on the preflop, but so was TT and 88. The re-raise scared me because of the dryness of the board.

Turn: ($0.69) J (2 players)
Hero bets $0.50, CO calls $0.50

There's a possible draw here if he was playing 99 (does that make sense given this line?) Should I have raised more here, or just keep value-betting?

River: ($1.69) Q (2 players)
Hero bets $2.42 all in, CO calls $2.42

Thinking here was that if he was playing QT, JT, or QT (which all make sense), he would call the shove.

Thoughts on the line?

everything is fine, but you should 3b flop more because you're giving him odds if he's drawing...45c is good.

Im happy checking it to him as he is the preflop aggressor, and then raising him

Imo, you'll lose a lot of value from marginal hands that might stay in if you open bet flop (bet bigger though!). As played, reraise bigger on flop and turn, easier to ship it on river.

bet bigger on the flop, as played reraise bigger / close to pot. That makes it easier to get the money in on the river. With your smallish bets you had to overbet the river.
