Without Antes it's like 70%.
Looks like I need to pay some $$ for solid pre-flop ranges. The free stuff out there like Zenith isn't the worst but you need to make some adjustments based on what you think is best.

No worries SN! I am awful in the BB as well, here are my stats over 163k hands.

Does anyone know what a good negative winrate is for SB/BB?

Yeah this is something I've started applying not too long ago. When ranges are tighter and villain bets big, we can just start folding a lot of stuff like this. Say you open UTG and BTN cold calls, flop Axx, you check and villain bets 2/3. Boom your A5s no backdoors is indifferent.

People talk about ~30bb being fine. So your wr actually looks quite good mate :-)

Hands like KTo/QJo play way better in high rake environments too so I'd ditch the J9s/98s and play the higher offsuit cards first.

-6evbb/100 in BB is just a dream. Over a one month sample you can even be winning in BB. But most winning players probably fall between 27-35?? Not 100% sure but thereabouts. I hope I'm not that awful that my real BB winrate is -45. You never know though 8-)

Yep this makes sense. Do you have suggestions on where to get decent solved ranges that don't cost a ****-ton?
