- Villian Stats dont have a large sample but nothing out of the ordinary.

- Do i check back flop more than bet vs SB cold call on this flop? Honestly dont see much value in betting 1/3 on this flop besides protection (and balancing), but then again SB cold call shouldnt have many A/K/Q so I dont like my decision of opening 1/3 there. If I do open should I go for 2/3 or larger?

- Im ok with call on turn,,,, what do i do on the river? hes repping so small yet seems like only 7x, 66, 99 are in his range unless he goes for it with hands like 68s which probably doesnt happen much at these stakes...

Disclaimer, I have pre defined ranges for all spots, this does not include human play.

According to solver, villain should only be raising with TT+. Most hands above TT should be 3bet, but who knows.

Your flop call was correct. However, your sizing was off, we want to open 6.5 to 7bb here. No, we do not want to check back flop.

Solver also has you shoving the flop.

Turn, villain is not betting much except TT, JJ (if not 3bet), 99 and 88. Again, this is a shove (in fact, JJ does not even show up on my screen, so will not run river).

We want to bet bigger on flop, and when villain raises, we either shove or fold then.

What flop 3b sizings do you have, jam seems intuitively way off

Around 25 to 30bb (at 7bb cbet, 14 to 20 averages a min raise).

You could stretch out to turn with smaller sizing, object would still be the same.

Does your solver not have shove here? Villain did not 3bet pre flop, we can assume some things about his range.
