Only have a few hands on the villian so no real read/stats.

Should i be betting this river for value even though the FD came in?
Really having trouble putting villian on any sort of logical range with his X/C line.

I'd say it looks pretty 2nd-pair-ish, maybe some weak Tx. Doesn't seem likely that he would x/c a lot of FDs, so definitely bet the river. People love catching bluffs, especially when they play their hand in a way that might induce them.

went half pot as i felt he was super weak, although if he is gonna bluff catch a 2/3-3/4 pot bet would do the job
