25nl zone a7 in bb facing raise from sb

Folded around to sb who 3xs and I haver a7o. What do you guys do with weak ace type hands in this spot? I was watching a coaching vid and this spot came up and he folded but didnt elaborate,.,,is this A fold or 3bet type situation? calling seems bad

you can defend a **** load bb vs sb
A7 is nowhere close to folding
vs a sb who opens 40%+ you can pretty much defends any 2 suited cards, except for the really crappy ones like 83/72 and such and a good amount of the playable higher offsuit ones

only options are call or 3bet, folding is quite bad and it's hard to find a type of player I'd fold this hand to. I'd ask him in comments to explain and unless he just misclick or has quite good explanation why I would not be watching his videos again

Don't 3bet this, except rarely. Near 100% call. Not to be an ass, because I know that's how this comment will come across, but this is so basic of a spot that a person playing 25NLz should never be asking about it. I suggest playing lower while learning but that's of course up to you.
