Why didnt you 3bet pf? Any specific read?
I guess you would have to pokerstove a pretty big range here, some big draws, overpairs, and then make your judgement

I dont know if i would call his all in in this spot. Unless you have reads that he is a realy bad player the only hands he would do that would be flush draw + 2 overs or a PP (as i see it).

So i would rather fold here

Pot is effectively $33.15 and hero has to call another $21.45, so we need equity of 39.3% to call. I think flush draws are a big part of villain's range. So might be hands like 88 or 99. I'm not sure that it's such a clear cut fold.

Board: 5d 2h 6d
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 58.815% 57.46% 01.36% 36406 859.50 { 55+, 22, AdKd, AdQd, AdJd, AdTd, Ad9d, Ad8d, Ad7d, Ad4d, Ad3d, Ad2d, KdQd, KdJd, KdTd, QdJd, QdTd }
Hand 1: 41.185% 39.83% 01.36% 25235 859.50 { TcTd }

If we add even the possibility of a few silly hands like AKo the odds start to look pretty favorable.

I think PF is fine unless you expect villain to call or raise a lot of your 3 bets.

Flatting the flop is much better than raising if you don't have any particular reason to think villain is going to get it in very light and occasionally bluff over the top of your raise.

And I think you should raise to at least $6 on the flop if you're looking to get it in. It gives him more incentive to come over the top (more dead $ in the pot), and it's still conceivable you could be bluffing w/ that size raise.
