Villain is 12/70 over 70 hands. No history.

Whats the best line here.

Preflop and flop are fine. Probably betting a bit more on flop is better, because the board is kinda wet, but it's not a big mistake to bet less...

On turn betting is way better than c/c and guessing river. You hit trips and give up the initiative? Why?

If it was a fish i'd definantly be betting like crazy.
I couldn't narrow down many hands that im getting value from. That being said, does that make turn a B/F against this villain?

if you check call the turn, then you have to check call the river.
or you can bet the turn, bet fold the river

B/f is better than c/c imo, because you won't know what to do on river. I would also b/f river for about half pot, if he calls turn. If he has you beat he will let you know by raising. Villain would call your turn bet w/ draws like AcQc or AhQh, but probably also w/ QQ after the 2nd king hits. You also beat KQ, but it's probably not in his range.
