Looks ok to me.

I think he could barrel AKo and random heart combinations enough to make this a +EV play.

What were his AFq per street? that would make things interesting I guess in whether this could be a +EV call.

meh. I think I would call this small river bet as well, altho I dont think we will have the best hand at the showdown often. beside bluffs we only beat KQ. dont think he'd 3barrel QJ.
