For most randoms, check/call flop, check/minraise turn = the nuts. I'm perfectly fine with dumping my hand here.

I disagree. On a flop with this texture, TPTK is not worth as much as it is on a dry flop. Given the circumstances I don't think we should be bloating the pot with such a vulnerable hand.
