I dont like call preflop, because you are OOP. I think you should fold or raise (sqeeze) here. But i thinks, that for 3bet your hand is a little too weak, so i would fold preflop. But with ATs+ i would sqeeze... MP is maniac, so against his range you are in front (you should look his 4bet range), and CO is short stack, he called, so i would'nt be worry about him

Yeah, prefer to fold or 3bet bluff, with this stats most of the time you are ahead pre

if MP is a maniac that doesn't fold to 3bets, fold this preflop
if he can fold to 3bets, you can try to squeeze

but don't call this from BB, and even if you do, don't go broke with only a top pair of 9s postflop (your kicker doesn't really matter here). if you are playing a suited hand, look to flop better than a weakish pair on a drawy (straight draw) board
