Villain is 53/4/3 over around 90 hands at the time.

Absolute Poker $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players
2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked

UTG: $52.70
CO: $27.95
BTN: $25.50
SB: $11.50
Hero (BB): $39.95

Pre Flop: Hero is BB with 8 8
UTG calls $0.25, CO calls $0.25, 1 fold, SB calls $0.15, Hero raises to $1.50, 1 fold, CO calls $1.25, 1 fold

Flop: ($3.50) 5 8 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $3, CO calls $3

Probably could have bet bigger here

Turn: ($9.50) 6 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $4.50, Hero calls $4.50

I decided to c/c here because I did not want to get re-raised and have to call with boat outs. But maybe if I was re-raised river would be easier?; Also I feel like loose villains call flops a lot drawing so I find that the straight here is likely

River: ($18.50) J (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $10, Hero...

Here I'm lost. Villain's AF suggests that he is likely to bluff here a lot, and I've induced a bluff by checking. I don't really like there is any value in betting though. Easy fold, or do you find a call? Comments on other streets?

river is tough plain and simple b/c this guy's hand could easily be 56 ot 67 given he didn't raise the flop. I would probably fold the river just b/c I'm certain you had implied odds on the turn to call and hope to fill up. but I have a feeling this hand will get a lot of varying opinions on the river play.
