Only my second orbit at the table so no reads on villain.

Should i have raised this flop or just called given my 2nd nut flush draw?

River - fold/call?

I think you played the flop fine. Top pair + flush draw is pretty much the nuts. UTG's turn push however looks very strong. With that 8 there, any TJ got there, and of course you're behind a flush. There's a possibility he could be doing this with Ac9x or Ac8x, but you've shown a lot of strength thusfar on a monotone flop and he's deciding to push the turn where it's less likely for him to get a flush. I'm thinking he has a baby flush or a set and decided to wait until the turn to get paid off, knowing that most villains would probably call (incorrectly) with the draw. I say fold here.

While tp + fd may be the nuts, you fold out like Jc9x with your flop raise a lot of the time. Given how flop played out, I think you almost have to fold, but I'd be flatting flop almost always.

If you flat flop, you can raise turn if he bets again, by this point his QJ or QT will feel committed.

i never fold here for such a small all-in bet
if we are already behind, we have some outs

How do you react to a low club and a pot-sized bet on the turn? Instapush?

Call and keep repping weakness.

We need to be good 40% of the time here and I honestly don't think that's the case here, with outs or otherwise.

It's pretty decent with a hand like ours because it's gonna be hard for him to continue with a lesser club if we raise the turn because our hand looks really strong. If you rep weakness he can still think his high club is best and bet the river and then he's priced in to call the shove.

we have 16 % against 99, 55 and a wide variety of suited clubs (which are rel. small in total number).

so we have 16% against a super tight and strong range. now add few semi bluffs, QJ and so on and you will likely break even... its NL25 he might bluff his stack of with a weak fd... or a nut flush draw+mid pair plus we getting good pot odds. therefore you have to call and take a note about his play.
