Villain is 40/8/10 over 100 hands. Has raised a few cbet's. Face this spot occassionally at few's tricky even though its a small pot. I figure to have the best hand a good % of the time. Being OOP makes this hand tricky. Calling can lead to lots of trouble letting them hit their equity and raising can be a good option, which has its merits to fold out hands that can hit the turn.

i don't mind folding against this player since he can have 2x or raise 6x and also we hate every turn card if we call

Fold if he barrels every single turn & river card.
Cawl if he will play turns and rivers face up.

I think fold - we might be ahead, but we'll have to call at least one more decent bet with a not much more than a bluff catcher.

One more thing - your note says you have seen him raise a few cbets. So why did you cbet a hand that doesn't want to be raised?
