25NL River Decision in Blind vs Blind 25NL River Decision in Blind vs Blind

HEM says Pokerstars, but hand was actually played on Bovada on a Saturday. Lot of sports bettors on the site, and they make a lot of wacky plays.

This villain is playing 34/27/1.2/8.7 for the session. I was at 24/18/2.2/15.2. We hadn't played a big pot with each other at this point, and I don't think we had had a blind vs blind with each other either.

Mostly looking for advice on the river.
- Is there any argument for flatting, or is this just a very standard raise?
- If we raise, what is optimal sizing?
- As played, can I raise/fold or am I better calling off getting roughly 4:1?

Appreciate any advice you're willing to offer.
