You're losing too many ways here, any king, any 9, and many more. Standard fold.

would someone call preflop with a 9 (except 99)?
because of the preflop call i weighted PPs and AK more. and the check on the turn looks like 88-QQ. or not?

Stats on villain? He could have called with A9 with Ace of spades here. His line would make perfect sense in this spot. AK is another possibility. I really don't see how 88, TT, JJ, QQ bets river so strong there.

you absolutely have to cbet this! chances are you are still ahead and if not you have a flush draw! maybe shut down a little/re evaluate the turn if villain calls. saves you from making a much harder decision later on in the hand when he bets out the river like this which i reckon is also a fold

3bet pf then c/c c/c c/f that is too weak imo.

c/c on flop and turn is only good to get value from weaker hands. if you fold to such a small bet on the river on a dry board you are way better of cbetting and folding on the flop.

I dont think this is a standard fold. If he had shoved maybe, but i see it as unlikely that he is calling with a 9 pf. When you say "and many more..." you mean what exactyl? floppped flushes? quad 4s?

If he had a K, why not keep betting turn (and deny flush draw odds?). If he had AK, why bet so little on flop?

I dont think it's standard, I think it's quite close actually. I think I call here because his line doesnt make much sense, and we have already shown a lot of weakness so could be facing a bluff.

raise a little more PF with QQ oop.

as played, it is ok for me expect... PAY that river !!
What a mistake not to pay that. You're hiding the strengh of your hand, you induce either a bluff or a value bet on the river, so you have to pay. Point.
I suppose you don't think he's got a K, or else you would have folded on the flop, wouldn't you ?
