My main question is if I should have even called the 5.33 raise. I was confident that at least IORGIOR had better than QQ but is it profitable to call that raise just for the chance of trips?

Against QQ or better, you're a 25% favorite. I insta fold to Iorgio's $10 raise preflop. A good rule of thumb, after the 25th minraise preflop, QQ is probably not good anymore.

I think flop is a good fold. I don't hate the call preflop though, since its only 5 more and you can play it for set value. Well played if you folded flop.
