ya you missed a raise on the flop and you should not have raised on the turn.
the reason you should not have raised on the turn is because you are now overplaying your hand and turning it into a bluff.

raise the flop and just get it in there. Since you called, a hate this turn raise. completely turned your hand into a bluff. hes prolly folding everything you beat to a turn raise and hes never folding better...

raise the flop is mandatory - don't want to give him a cheap turn to hit his draw. I think getting it in with QQ there is fine preflop. Raising the turn is terrible because you only fold out worse hands and get called by better hands.
Raise flop. Call Turn.
